We accept Paypal only. Please do not ask us to ship to another address other than your confirmed Paypal address.
When we receive your paid order, we will send you a delivery tracking number so that you are able to track your purchase through the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) to your final destination.
We are located in central Texas and are in the Central Standard Time zone.
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of payment received. No shipping on weekends or holidays.
We pack everything carefully using tissue and/or bubble wrap.
Insurance is left up to the buyer to purchase.
Returns & Refunds:
We will accept returns, as long as the item is still in its original state, form and condition as it was shipped.
Refunds are made through Paypal.
Please contact us within 5 days of item received. We are not hard to work with.

When mailing your purchase back, please email us the tracking number and it's always a good idea to pack carefully.
When describing the items we sell, we do not use the words "excellent," “mint” or “perfect” as everyone's opinion is different. All of our spoons are used, and in good condition and therefore sold "as-is."
Due to the different qualities computer monitors and lighting effects, there may be a slight differences in the color of the website's photos. We thank you for your understanding.
Any black spots on the stem or bowl of spoons are reflections of the camera lens. We will provide additional photos upon request.
